KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I,

, by profession, resident of P.O. P.S. in the district of
(Assam) , do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint s/o by
faith, by profession, resident of, P.S., city, in the district
of (Assam), as my true and lawful attorney to execute or to
do all or any of the acts or things hereinafter mentioned in my
name or on my behalf
1. To
look after , manage, control and administer the below mentioned
property for and on my behalf
2. To execute
and sign any document for the sale , agreement for sale of or
for any other manner of transfer of the property mentioned in
details in the schedule of property below belonging to me and to
receive sale consideration thereof in cash/cheque/draft and issue
receipt thereof on my behalf and make effectual discharge for the
same.
3. To appear
before any competent Sub-Registrar and present for
registration any deed/agreement for sale, gift or mortgage in
respect of the schedule property mentioned below and sign and
admit execution thereof and to do any act that may be necessary
for the registration of such deed/deeds and to receive back when
it has been fully registered and to sign and deliver a proper
receipt for the same.
4. To appear and
act in the Government offices, Civil or Revenue Courts, appoint
advocate, sign vakalatnama, institute, withdraw or compromise
civil or criminal cases whenever necessary for protection of the
property mentioned in the schedule below, before the Land Tribunal
and other authorities constituted under the Land Reforms act for
the purpose of mutation of the land in the name of the purchaser
or his authorized agent in the revenue records and to receive any
compensation payable to me for any acquisition or requisition of
our property mentioned in the schedule below.
5. That the
attorney hereby appointed has already been given unobstructed
physical possession of the schedule land . This power of attorney
has been given to Sri /Smt for the express purpose of applying for
sale/permission of the schedule land with building before the
competent authorities , sign deed of sale or agreement of sale
with prospective buyers or his choice and also to do all other
acts as deemed necessary in respect of the property under schedule
below:
6 . Generally to
do all other lawful acts for the below mentioned property
And I do hereby agree that all acts , deeds and
things lawfully done by my said attorney shall be construed as
acts , deeds and things done by me and I undertake to ratify and
confirm all and whatsoever that my said attorney shall lawfully do
or cause to be done for me by virtue of the powers hereby given.
THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL NOT BE REVOKED UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.
