1. Installment Payment Plan

  1. On booking     Rs 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand only)
  2. Agreement      10% less Rs 10,000/- + 50% of Car Parking   (Within 21 days of booking)
  3. On Foundation   15%
  4. On 1st Floor roof casting    15%
  5. On 2nd Floor roof casting    10%
  6. On 3rd Floor roof casting & brick wall of 1st floor   15%
  7. On 4th Floor roof casting & brick wall of 2nd floor   15%
  8. On top roof casting and all walls, electrical & other finishing works     15%
  9. On Completing & Handing over   5% +  50% of Car Parking  + other dues.

 

2. Down Payment Plan

 1.On Booking       : Rs. 10,000/-   (Rupees Ten Thousand only)
 2.On Agreement   : 100% Payment less Rs. 10,000/- (Within 30 days of booking) + 100% of Car Parking
 3.On Possession   : ny other dues
